You can export all customer and their contacts out of EMiR to a CSV file.
Head to Data|Exports|Customers by Salesman
You'll see a window as below popup. Then, choose 'Contacts' if needed and filter the data as required. You can also change the Output Data and the Salesman to 'All Users' to get all the data you need.
